Vit. B1 = Thiamine
Deficiency:
B1 deficiency may lead to Fatique, Nausea, Vomiting, Depression,
Gastrointestinal problems, loss of Memory and Concentration.
Extreme malnutrition and alcoholism may lead to Beriberi.
Beneficial:
B1 has been used for the treatment of Beriberi, Herpes zoster and various
Nerve problems. B1 is useful in the manufacture of hydrochloric acid and
to prevent Sea sickness. In combination with B3, B6, B12 and B15, B1
has been of help in cases of Multiple sclerosis. It is reported that B1 has
reduced enlarged Hearts and normalized electrocardiograms.

Vit. B2 = Riboflavin
Deficiency:
B2 deficiency may cause following symptoms: red, sore Tongue, Baldness,
Trembling, Dizziness, Dropsy, Cracks and Sores in the corners of Mouth,
Fatigue, Sore and Itching Eyes, Insomnia, Damage to Cornea of Eyes,
Light sensitivity, Vaginal itching, Scaling around Nose, Mouth and Ears.

Vit. B3 = Niacin
Deficiency:
B3 deficiency symptoms may include: Pellagra; Dermatitis; Dementia; loss

and other problems;Diarrhea; Weakness; Fatigue; Nausea and Vomiting.

Vit. B15 = Pangamic Acid aka. N-N-dimethylglycine (DMG)
The active ingredient in B15 is Dimethylglycine. Therefore DMG is not
really a vitamin at all.
Deficiency:
Deficiency of B15 may cause Hypoxia, Heart disease, reduced
oxygenation of cells, Glandular, Circulatory and Nervous disorders.
Beneficial:
Used for treatment of Sclerosis, Heart disease, Atherosclerosis, Hypoxia,
Angina, Hepatitis and Cirrhosis (remember Silymarin/Milk Thistle),

Vit. B17 = Laetrile
Deficiency:
Not known
Beneficial:
Has shown extreme promise in the treatment of all kinds of Cancer.

Seeds and pits of Apricots, Apples, Cherries, Peaches, Plums,
Nectarines etc. All containing about 2-3% of B17.
Caution:
Some still maintain that the cyanide may lead to poisoning. However,
many scientists do not share this view, including Dr. Dean Burk, a chief
cytologist of the National Cancer Institute. In fact, it might be the cyanide
that attacks the cancerous cells. In normal cells an enzyme, called
rhodanese, detoxifies the cyanide. Cancerous cells lack this enzyme and
are thus attacked and destroyed by the cyanide bound in laetrile. |
